✓ Accidental rips, cuts, punctures, or brief heat/singe marks

✓ Ink, crayon, cosmetics, nail polish/remover, or denim/newsprint transfer

✓ Wood: beverage rings, scratches or dents through topcoat, brief heat marks

✓ Outdoor: stains, fluids*, punctures/tears, brief heat marks, ink/dye, sunscreen

✓ Where applicable: frame or mechanism failures after the manufacturer warranty

NOT COVERED

• Wear and tear, odors, fading, or non-colorfast materials

• Neglect, misuse, intentional damage, or infestation

• Damage before or during delivery, transit, or assembly

• Acts of nature, fire, theft, vandalism, or corrosion
